Oxford BioMedica has three products in ongoing clinical trials. Two of these are for the treatment of cancer, TroVax® and MetXia®, and the third product is for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. The company is currently recruiting for these trials as detailed below.
TROVAX
Phase II Trials
Prostate cancer
- Patients with progressive hormone-refractory prostate cancer
- Open label trial comparing TroVax in combination with docetaxel to docetaxel alone

METXIA Phase II Trial Pancreatic cancer
- Patients with non-resectable pancreatic cancer
- Open label dose escalation trial of MetXia and cyclophosphamide

PROSAVIN Phase I/II Trial Parkinson’s Disease
- Patients with moderate to late-stage Parkinson’s disease
- Patients will be failing on current treatment with L-DOPA but will not have progressed to drug-induced movement disorders
- Open label dose escalation trail of ProSavin
