Mark Berninger Non-Executive Director Mark Berninger was appointed to Oxford BioMedica's board in 1999. He has wide experience in the US biotechnology industry, including as vice-president of business development at Genetic Therapy Inc. (GTI). Prior to joining GTI he held a similar position at Gen-Probe and was director of intellectual property and technology acquisition at Life Technologies Inc. between 1989 and 1995. He is currently president and chief executive officer of AnhydroCyte Corporation.
